I was there last year for the CFD golf outing. This year close to the downtown Octoberfest. Price was very good. Its a nice place and family owned.

The lady at the front desk Nikki was a pleasure to talk to & she gave me directions to the Triston Crist Magic Theater. My friend & I also took an hour boat tour of beautiful Lake Geneva Wisconsin. It was great & I cant wait to go back.

We loved the location only a 10 min walk to downtown. Despite all the bad reviews we did not have any problems or complaints. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here any time we come to lake geneva.

Customer service was great! Gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Location was perfect for last minute 4th of July trip and couldnt beat the price. We got what we paid for: simple, clean , safe space where we could comfortably sleep in-between having fun down the street, movies and shopping! Easy to walk to downtown area, about 15 min walk with the kid. Balcony looked out into wooded area, it was beautiful watching the fire flies in the evening sitting outside.

This hotel has the appereance of being very old (especially in the hallways and from outside). However, our room was nicer than we expected, having read other reviews. It was outdated but clean and large. We also had a fridge and a microwave, which we really appreciated. The location is good and walking distance from the downtown and city centre. If we came through again, we would stay again.
